Checkr, a leading background check provider, announced its acquisition of Truework, a leading verification of income and employment platform. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions.

The acquisition of Truework allows Checkr to expand into employment verification across broader customer segments and verticals.
