Ricoh is an imaging and electronics company found around the world but based in Japan. It was founded in 1936 in Japan as the Riken Sensitized Paper Company with headquarters in Tokyo. The company creates a lot of different products, but especially electronic products such as copiers and other office equipment. They are well known for creating high quality printers that match the latest technology as well as copy machines for industrial applications, educational institutions and more. They also offer service on the same machines. As of 2018, they had 97,870 employees with positions available in categories like consulting, design and engineering, field services, tech, finance, human resources, information technology, office operations, marketing, sales, supply chain positions and more.

Ricoh can trace its roots back all the way to 1936 when it first was established in Tokyo. By 2006, 70 years later, the headquarters was still located in Tokyo but in the Ricoh building which was the same spot they held the sales offices for the company. The company went through several phases including one period in the 1960s, when it made wristwatches. This was due to a partnership with the Hamilton Watch Company. Products include copiers such as plain paper copiers, printers, multifunctional printers, laser printers, GELJET printers, and printing products and fax machines.
