This was a $286 million deal that was paid in cash.

They had 39 different countries where their locations were present and the continental North America was where most of those locations were concentrated. They have customers over the world as well. They are a publicly traded company that reported $21.66 billion in revenue as of the 2017 fiscal year with revenue per share reported that $322.07. They also had positive quarterly revenue growth and 8.9 percent and positive quarterly earnings growth at 6.3 percent.
