Kraft Heinz was formed as a merger between Kraft Foods and Heinz in July of 2015. In North America, it is the third-largest food and drink company, and globally is the fifth-largest. As of 2017, there were over 38,000 people working for Kraft Heinz. Kraft Heinz is a publicly traded company that reported over $26 billion in revenue for the 2017 fiscal year with revenue per share of $17.68 and quarterly revenue growth of 2.1 percent.
