First, you’ll need to download the Truework integration from the BambooHR Marketplace. Once you’ve downloaded the integration and synced your BambooHR account, you’ll be prompted to enter your BambooHR login info. Next, you’ll have to create a free Truework account. Lastly, wait for an email from Truework that allows you to finish signing up.

Once the Truework integration is set up, you can create templates for employment letters. These allow your employees to quickly create and send their own employment letters in as little as a few minutes.
This template shows how easy it is to customize various fields and how those fields translate to a finished letter.
Templates should include a company logo, business address, and formatted text with replaceable fields for the employee’s information. This makes filling out the template a breeze for everyone who uses it and, ultimately, saves the company time.
Also, the fields on your end in BambooHR and the fields in Truework won’t necessarily have the same names. But, BambooHR integrates seamlessly and ensures any data entered in BambooHR port over to Truework without any issues. With your templates created, your employees can easily use the Truework letter creation tool to send their own employee letters.
Entering an employer’s name in the above field will quickly pull up the right templates.
Employees can then use the letter creation tool here. They can choose a template and quickly generate an employee letter. The template should handle most of the work, leaving the employee with only the responsibility of verifying the information before sending the letter. Once the employee has verified the information, the letter can be electronically delivered via email. This process shouldn’t require any input from HR, enabling both the employee and the HR team to save time.
If a third-party organization, like a bank or mortgage company, needs verification from any employee, Truework handles that as well. These verification requests are handled via email and require no input from HR.
The employee in question will receive an email from Truework if a third party requests their information, at which point the employee can respond to the email. If the employee confirms, the verification process will continue without any further input needed.
