Product Highlights
Automated Service Ordering via Encompass: Now live!
Now Encompass users can automatically trigger Truework verifications via our new Automated Service Ordering (ASO) integration! This native capability within Encompass has streamlined the steps to submit verifications, removing tedious steps and any human involvement. To set it up, Encompass users can define the business logic for when automated Truework verifications should be triggered in Encompass via the Services Management tab. Truework can assist with this process as required. Currently, ASO only works with Truework Instant, but we plan to bring the feature to our full waterfall in the future!

API Update: Paystubs
Employee paystubs are now available via the Truework API! With access to paystub level details, lenders can now assess a more complete consumer profile before making any decisions on loan applications. Currently, this data is only available when accessing income verification reports via our API. For more technical information on the paystub API update, be sure to check out our documentation page or request a consultation with a Truework expert.
