Sitel is a customer experience management company that is based in Miami, Florida. The official name is the Sitel Group and they provide a wide range of business services. The company was acquired by Groupe Aticall in 2015, and as a result the name was changed. As of 2017, the company had over 75,000 employees who work in positions such as client care, operations management, driving, customer service, brand representation, agent, e-commerce support, and information technology. Many of these positions require a specific language. The company also has a number of work from home positions.

The original SITEL (which stood for Systems International Telemarketing) was founded in 1985 by James F. Lynch. He purchased a company called HQ 800, which was an answering service previously owned by United Technologies. That same year that the company was founded, it became a publicly traded company and it was the first independent teleservices company listed on NASDAQ. Eventually, the company moved from the NASDAQ index to the New York Stock Exchange. In 2007, Client Logic Corporation acquired SITEL and moved their headquarters to Nashville, Tennessee. However, their headquarters is now in Miami, Florida. Services include customer experience management solutions or business processing outsourcing, digital customer experiences, talent training, technical support, technology, innovation, consulting, and analytics.

This is a worldwide company that has offices in 25 different countries. They operate in 48 languages from more than 150 offices with countries including the United States, Nicaragua, Panama, Spain, France, the United Kingdom, Germany, Denmark, China, the Philippines, Australia, Morocco and many more. They are estimated to have revenues of $1.7 billion as of the 2017 fiscal year.
