How to Build Employee Trust in 2019

January 30th, 2019

Namely San Francisco | 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM PT

About The Event

Trust is one of the most important factors in increasing employee retention and happiness. In the wake of high profile data breaches, employees are increasingly reluctant to share personal information with their employers. It should come as no surprise that 70 percent of business leaders have made it a priority to strengthen employee trust in 2019.

The relationship between companies and employees needs to be strengthened proactively—and HR teams are best positioned to make that happen. In a wide-ranging discussion, our panel of HR, compliance, and people operations leaders will share the strategies and steps they have taken in their own organizations to build trust through transparency, data privacy, and ongoing employee support.

Attendance is worth SHRM recertification credit.
